Cleanse Detox In 48 Hours – Cleanse Kidneys, Colon, Liver From Toxins

PRUNES AND QUINOA FOR BREAKFAST

You need:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped prunes
  • ¼ cup rice milk


METHOD:

Get a pot and put water then add the quinoa. Add ginger and nutmeg and let this boil. Reduce heat, cover the pot and simmer for 10 min then add the rice milk and prunes. Cook 5 min more and add flaxseed oil before consuming.

DETOX DRINK SNACK IN BETWEEN MEALS

You need:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 kale bunch no stems
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ½ cup mint
  • ¼ ginger piece
  • Just blend them all


FRUIT SMOOTHIE AS LUNCH

You need;

  • ½ cup plain almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup rice


METHOD:

Blend them all.

VEGGIE BROTH FOR DINNER

You need;

  • 2 chopped red onions
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 chopped fennel bulb
  • 2 tsps caraway seeds
  • 2 tsps sea salt


Pepper

  • 1 cup sliced shitake
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped cabbage
  • 2 quarts water
  • 8 sprigs chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • ½ cup chopped parsley


In a pot add all items, except parsley. Let this boil, reduce heat and let this simmer for 60 min. add parsley in the end.

TIPS

No eating after 7 at night

Get Epsom salt for baths

Before bed have dandelion tea

Eat more: blueberries, grains, blackberries, soy, fermented food and cauliflower.
