The West medicine ignored that emotions and health are linked and go hand in hand. People have links between mind and body but this is ignored. Try to read the warning signs that the following types of pain are showing you:
Head pain- this means too much daily stress
Neck pain- not easy forgiving, try to see what you love and forgive more
Shoulder pain- emotional baggage, burdens, so focus on the problems and share them with close people
Upper back pain- loneliness, feeling not loved or alone. Have a date!
Lower back pain- worrying over money and finances. Plan more with the money dealing.
Elbow pain- this means you need big life changes. Stiff arms mean boring life, so have fun
Hand pain- selfishness. Try to hang out more with friends or make a lunch date.
Hip pain- move more! And make more decisions!
Knee pains- too big ego. Work on that and try to handle people better.
